Comprehensive Billing & Documentation Review
- Secure, time‑limited remote access (read‑only and consent‑approved)
- Review of a full day of Medicare billings
- Assessment of clinical documentation supporting each item billed

Following the audit:
- Your BFD educator will meet with you via Zoom to walk through the entire audit report
- Findings are explained in clear, plain English
- Time is allowed for discussion, clarification, and questions
After the Zoom session:
- A confidential written audit report is provided directly to the clinician
- The report summarises findings, Medicare considerations, documentation alignment, and areas for improvement or reassurance

- May be used to support a Medicare, PRP, or PSR audit or review
Issuance of the letter is assessed case‑by‑case and is not automatic.
